My name is Sarvesh and I'm a post graduate in Cyber Infrastructure Specialist field from Lambton College with 3.24 GPA. I bring expertise in the field of the IT support by providing excellent customer service and quality experience. I also have troubleshooting skills, networking knowledge, hardware and software knowledge and basics of coding language like Java and Python. I come up with leadership and team management skills which I acquired from my current employment i.e. Rogers communication where I work as Customer/ Sales Support. I have technical support experience from Teksavvy Solutions where I worked as Technical Support/ Customer Support Representative. Currently I am seeking for the full-time employment where I can utilize my technical knowledge and my working experience to benefit  the business and organization.
