Search Services are provided on a retained basis.  This means you only pay if you decide to hire one of the candidates we present but a upfront charge of 5% of annual salary to cover costs, etc. This fee is prorated from recruitment fee if candidate presented by Arisoft is hired. (Retained search fees are required for Physician and C-Level recruitment efforts)
